As Europe's oldest park home manufacturer, you can put your concerns to one side with the knowledge that your new home will be safe in our hands. The quality of our service, supplying both parks and private individuals, has always been our highest priority.

All of our Park Homes & Lodges are built to comply with the current British Standard 3632 and come with our manufacturer's warranty as standard.

We've got you covered

Purchasing a new Stately-Albion home not only guarantees you a well-crafted and beautiful home, but also our promise that we will look after you should a problem arise.

During the first year, your new home will be fully covered by our warranty against any defects that were caused during the construction process of your home. Our warranty covers the whole structure of the home, every part, component, fixture and fitting. There is a 30-day limit to report any minor cosmetic damage such as marks, scratches or chips.

10 Year Platinum Seal Protection

To further strengthen your confidence and give you that extra peace of mind, all Stately-Albion Residential Park Homes & Lodges are covered and paid for by us to comply with the Platinum Seal Ten Year Warranty Scheme.

Platinum Seal provides your home with protection for 10 years against any major inherent defects in the structure of your home.

On hand should you need us

Rest assured that, should a problem arise with your new residential park home or lodge, our expert Customer Care team will be there to liaise with you to ensure your problem is rectified.

Our experienced and friendly technicians will be despatched to your home, wherever it may be, within the United Kingdom to carry out any of the works necessary.

Appliances

Appliances supplied with your new Stately-Albion home are typically covered by the manufacturers warranty for 2 years once you have registered your appliance. You can also further extend your warranty with the manufacturer should you so wish to.

As you may already be aware, Stately-Albion allow you to customise your home to suit your requirements. Should you wish to fit out your home with appliances outside of our standard offering the warranty cover period may vary.

Roof Tiles

You can depend highly upon your versatile and durable roof tiles to last you for a very long time, allowing you to enjoy your home, free from worry.

All roof tiles supplied to us from our specialist manufacturer come with a 40 year weatherproof guarantee.

Central Heating Boilers

Comfortable living, with the very latest energy efficient heating system, come as standard with every new Stately-Albion home. Be it one of our standard Natural Gas, LPG, Oil or Electric boilers, you can rest assured that you will be safeguarded against problems and not left in the cold!

Typically, our central heating systems are warranted for 2 years against fault by the original manufacturer the moment your system has been commissioned by a qualified engineer and registered with the manufacturer. The period of cover may vary should you select a system beyond our standard offerings.

PVCu Windows & Doors

Our PVCu double-glazed sealed exterior window and door frames and glazing are guaranteed for 5 years against manufacture defects. Hardware, such as handles and mechanisms, are guaranteed for a period of 2 years.

If you have registered your home for free with the Platinum Seal Warranty scheme, your PVCu window & door frames will be covered against manufacture defects for a period of 10 years.
